We may assign the contract. Premium Yard & Home is an investor that buys properties. We often intend to assign the purchase contract to another buyer before closing, which is how we fund the purchase. That assignment does not change the price we agreed with you or the closing date in your contract.
We are not your agent. We do not list properties, we do not represent you in a sale, and we are not a brokerage, a law firm, or a title company. We do not give legal, tax, or financial advice. Anyone can sell a house without an agent — consider getting independent advice before you sign.
We are not a yard or home-service company. Despite the name, we do not offer landscaping, lawn care, maintenance, or repair services. Our business is buying and selling real estate.
What we will not do. We will not promise a price before we have looked at the property, we will not ask you to sign something you have not read, and we will not tell you what your house is worth as if it were a fact.
